Come paint a rose with me at my first class with our local Beach Art Center! Ultra beginner friendly watercolor class

Students will be introduced to the foundational principles of watercolor using a simple, limited three-color palette to help beginners understand water control, transparency, and color mixing without feeling overwhelmed. Students will practice basic washes, gradients, and wet-on-wet techniques using a guided worksheet before applying these skills to their final artwork. Finally, we will paint loose roses together, suitable as a Valentine's gift or keepsake. No prior drawing experience is required, the goal is for every participant to leave with a piece they are proud of, regardless of skill level.
